With experience in services, business management and, most recently hospitality expert Jose decided to combine his skills with hosting on Airbnb.
With his property in Marbella and San Pedro de Alcántara, Jose had only rented them for a long time,unfortunately this type of rental did not always do well and he had to look to get a safe and inmediate deposit.
After renovating his property to be suitable for Airbnb and local regulations and using his experience to créate ad , Jose was surprised by the response and the large increase in this income.
Spreading the news of how wonderful Airbnb was, Jose soon discovered that not all the owners had time or knowledge of how to present their house or promote it.
